Calendly Integration

Coordinate scheduling — list event types and scheduled events, get invitees, create single-use scheduling links, and cancel events (writes require approval).

This integration enables workers to:

  • List event types
  • List scheduled events
  • Get invitees for an event
  • Create single-use scheduling links (approval-gated)
  • Cancel a scheduled event (approval-gated)

Setup

Follow these steps to connect Calendly:

  1. Create a Calendly Personal Access Token (Integrations → API & Webhooks → Personal Access Tokens)
  2. Navigate to Integrations and click 'Add Connection'
  3. Select Calendly and paste your Personal Access Token
  4. Assign your recruiting/sales/executive workers to use it

Security

  • The Personal Access Token is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
  • The token inherits the issuing user's access — scope it accordingly
  • Creating scheduling links and cancelling events require human approval

Credential Storage

All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when needed.
