Setup
Follow these steps to connect Microsoft Teams:
- Navigate to Integrations and click 'Add Connection'
- Select Microsoft Teams and sign in with Microsoft
- Choose teams and channels to monitor
- Assign workers to handle Teams messages

Credential Storage
All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when needed.
