Twilio Integration
Send and read SMS — list and read messages and send SMS (sending requires approval).
Capabilities
This integration enables workers to:
- List messages
- Read a single message
- Send an SMS (approval-gated)
Setup
Follow these steps to connect Twilio:
- Find your Account SID and Auth Token in the Twilio Console dashboard
- Navigate to Integrations and click 'Add Connection'
- Select Twilio and enter your Account SID and Auth Token
- Assign your support/sales/lifecycle workers to use it

Security
- The Auth Token is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
- Consider using a scoped API key credential instead of the primary Auth Token
- Sending SMS requires human approval
Credential Storage
All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when needed.
