Run your work OS — list boards, items, and users, and create items or post updates (writes require approval).

This integration enables workers to:
- List boards
- List items
- List users
- Create an item (approval-gated)
- Post an update (approval-gated)
Setup
Follow these steps to connect monday.com:
- Create a monday.com API token (Profile → Developers → My access tokens, or Admin → API)
- Navigate to Integrations and click 'Add Connection'
- Select monday.com and paste your API token
- Assign your operations/project workers to use it

Security
- The API token is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
- The token inherits the issuing user's access — use a least-privilege account
- Creating items and posting updates require human approval
Credential Storage
All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when needed.

The following roles can use this integration by default:
