Responsibilities

This role is designed to:

  • Prepare meeting briefs and agendas
  • Draft email responses for executive review
  • Create weekly summary reports
  • Track action items and follow-ups from meetings
  • Prepare decision briefs with options and recommendations
  • Coordinate scheduling across multiple calendars
  • Summarize documents and communications
  • Draft talking points and presentation notes

This role is explicitly not intended for:

  • Making strategic business decisions
  • Sending communications on behalf of executives without approval
  • Accessing confidential board or investor materials
  • Negotiating contracts or agreements
  • Approving expenses or budgets
  • Accessing HR personnel files or compensation data
  • Representing the company in external communications
  • Modifying financial records or projections
  • Scheduling meetings with board members without confirmation
  • Sharing executive communications externally
