Asana Integration
Manage work — list tasks and projects, get a task, and create tasks, add comments, or complete tasks (writes require approval).

This integration enables workers to:
- List tasks
- Get a task
- List projects
- Create a task (approval-gated)
- Add a comment to a task (approval-gated)
- Complete a task (approval-gated)
Setup
Follow these steps to connect Asana:
- Create an Asana Personal Access Token (Settings → Apps → Developer apps → Manage Developer Apps → Personal Access Tokens)
- Navigate to Integrations and click 'Add Connection'
- Select Asana and paste your Personal Access Token
- Assign your operations/project workers to use it

Security
- The Personal Access Token is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
- The token inherits the issuing user's access — use a least-privilege account
- Creating tasks, adding comments, and completing tasks require human approval
Credential Storage
All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when needed.
