CRM Integration

Generic CRM integration for managing contacts and deals.

Capabilities

This integration enables workers to:

  • Manage contacts and companies
  • Track deals and opportunities
  • Log activities and notes

Setup

Follow these steps to connect CRM:

  1. Navigate to Integrations and add a CRM connection
  2. Configure API credentials for your CRM
  3. Map fields between CreateWorker and your CRM

Security

  • API credentials are encrypted
  • Access scoped to specific CRM objects

Credential Storage

All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when needed.
