This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the CreateWorker platform and all related services (the "Service"). This Policy forms part of the CreateWorker Terms of Service and applies to all Organizations and Users.
1. Purpose
CreateWorker provides a controlled AI-assisted workflow platform for business use. This Policy exists to:
- Protect CreateWorker, its customers, and third parties from harm
- Prevent misuse of AI and automation capabilities
- Ensure lawful and responsible use of email and integrations
- Preserve the security, reliability, and integrity of the Service
2. General Use Requirements
Organizations and Users must:
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure all use is authorized by the Organization
- Follow CreateWorker's Terms of Service, AI Usage & Human Oversight Policy, and Privacy Policy
CreateWorker reserves the right to interpret and enforce this Policy at its sole discretion.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following uses are strictly prohibited.
3.1 Unlawful or Harmful Use
Using the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights
- Facilitate fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
- Harass, threaten, or exploit individuals or groups
3.2 AI Misuse and Over-Reliance
Using AI Workers to:
- Make legally binding decisions without human oversight
- Replace required professional judgment or compliance review
- Generate content intended to mislead, impersonate, or deceive
- Circumvent safeguards, approval flows, or audit mechanisms
- Enable uncontrolled or unsupervised automation
3.3 Email and Communications Abuse
Using the Service to:
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited, or deceptive messages
- Violate anti-spam, privacy, or marketing laws
- Send communications without lawful basis or required consent
- Impersonate individuals, companies, or brands
- Conduct phishing, social engineering, or similar activities
CreateWorker is not an email service provider and does not assume responsibility for message delivery, compliance, or recipient consent.
3.4 High-Risk or Safety-Critical Use
Using the Service in connection with:
- Medical, diagnostic, or healthcare decision-making
- Financial, credit, or investment decision-making
- Legal determinations or regulatory filings
- Safety-critical, life-critical, or emergency systems
3.5 Platform Integrity and Security
Attempting to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the Service
- Bypass access controls or approval mechanisms
- Interfere with system integrity or performance
- Access data or accounts without authorization
4. Data and Content Responsibilities
Organizations are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Customer Data
- Ensuring data processing has a lawful basis
- Ensuring AI outputs are reviewed before use
- Ensuring third-party rights are respected
CreateWorker does not pre-screen content or monitor usage for compliance unless required by law.
5. Enforcement and Remedies
CreateWorker may take action if it determines, in its sole discretion, that this Policy has been violated, including:
- Restricting or disabling AI functionality
- Suspending or terminating access to the Service
- Removing or blocking content
- Reporting misuse where legally required
CreateWorker is not obligated to provide prior notice where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm or legal exposure.
6. Reporting Misuse
Suspected violations may be reported to:
Organizations are expected to cooperate in investigations and remediation efforts.
7. Changes to This Policy
CreateWorker may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
