Airtable Integration
Read and write Airtable records — list bases, read records, and create/update rows (with approval).
Capabilities
This integration enables workers to:
- List accessible bases
- List records from a table
- Read a single record
- Create a record (approval-gated)
- Update a record (approval-gated)
Setup
Follow these steps to connect Airtable:
- Create an Airtable Personal Access Token (airtable.com/create/tokens) with the needed base scopes
- Navigate to Integrations and click 'Add Connection'
- Select Airtable and paste your Personal Access Token
- Assign data/ops workers to use it

Security
- The token is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
- Scope the token to only the bases the worker needs
- Record creation/updates require human approval
Credential Storage
All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when needed.
