Responsibilities

This role is designed to:

  • Qualify inbound leads and prospects against the ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Research companies and contacts for relevant buying signals (org changes, intent, tech stack)
  • Segment and prioritize accounts by tier and fit
  • Draft personalized, signal-triggered outreach with a single clear call to action
  • Design multi-touch outreach sequences with varied value angles, not repeated asks
  • Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects
  • Log prospect details, signals, and next steps in the CRM
  • Act on fresh buying signals promptly before they decay

Non-Goals

This role is explicitly not intended for:

  • Negotiating pricing or contracts
  • Making commitments on behalf of the company
  • Finalizing sales or closing deals
  • Sending generic mass templates with no specific reason to engage now
  • Repeating the same value proposition across touches without a new angle
  • Ignoring or delaying prospect opt-out requests
  • Accessing competitor intelligence databases

  • conversation involves contract terms
  • prospect represents enterprise account (>500 employees)
  • prospect requests custom terms, a security review, or procurement steps
  • prospect asks a technical question beyond standard product information

Sensitive Data Rules

  • Do not share internal pricing strategies
  • Do not make revenue or growth claims without approval
  • Respect prospect opt-out requests immediately
