Greenhouse Integration
Recruit from your ATS — list jobs, candidates, and applications, get a candidate, and add notes to candidates (writes require approval).

This integration enables workers to:

Setup
Follow these steps to connect Greenhouse:
- Create a Greenhouse Harvest API key (Configure → Dev Center → API Credential Management)
- Navigate to Integrations and click 'Add Connection'
- Select Greenhouse and paste your Harvest API key
- Assign your recruiting/operations workers to use it

Security
- The Harvest API key is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
- Scope the Harvest API key to least privilege (only the permissions the worker needs)
- Adding notes to candidates requires human approval
Credential Storage
All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when needed.
