Scheduler Integration
Create recurring tasks based on cron expressions or fixed intervals.
Capabilities
This integration enables workers to:
- Cron-based scheduling (5-field format)
- Fixed interval scheduling (seconds)
- Timezone support for accurate timing
- Task templates with variable substitution
- Optional jitter for load distribution
- Deduplication windows to prevent duplicate tasks
Setup
Follow these steps to connect Scheduler:
- Navigate to Integrations and click 'Add Connection'
- Select Scheduler and configure timezone
- Create schedules using cron expressions or intervals
- Define task templates with optional variable placeholders
- Assign workers to handle scheduled tasks
Security
- Schedules are organization-scoped
- Task creation follows worker binding rules
- All schedule operations are audit logged
Credential Storage
All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when needed.
