PagerDuty Integration
Coordinate incident response — list incidents, services, and on-calls, get an incident, and acknowledge, resolve, or create incidents (writes require approval).

This integration enables workers to:
- List incidents
- Get an incident
- List services
- List on-calls
- Acknowledge or resolve an incident (approval-gated)
- Create an incident (approval-gated)
Setup
Follow these steps to connect PagerDuty:
- Create a PagerDuty REST API token (Integrations → API Access Keys → Create New API Key)
- Navigate to Integrations and click 'Add Connection'
- Select PagerDuty and paste your REST API token
- Assign your operations/security workers to use it

Security
- The REST API token is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
- Use a least-privilege (read-only where possible) API key and scope it accordingly
- Acknowledging/resolving and creating incidents require human approval
Credential Storage
All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when needed.
