Jira Integration
Create and manage project issues in Jira Cloud.
Capabilities
This integration enables workers to:
- Create new issues
- Add comments to issues
- Transition issues between statuses
- Monitor issues via JQL filters
Setup
Follow these steps to connect Jira:
- Navigate to Integrations and click 'Add Connection'
- Select Jira and authorize via OAuth 3LO
- Choose projects to monitor
- Optionally configure JQL filters

Credential Storage
All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when needed.
