Email Integration
Process inbound emails and send responses through connected email accounts.
Capabilities
This integration enables workers to:
- Receive inbound emails as tasks
- Send email responses via worker proposals
- Reply to email threads
- Support for Gmail OAuth and IMAP/SMTP
Setup
Follow these steps to connect Email:
- Navigate to Integrations in your organization settings
- Click 'Add Connection' and select Email
- Choose Gmail (OAuth) or IMAP/SMTP
- Complete authentication and authorize access
- Configure which workers should handle inbound emails
Security
- All credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM
- OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed
- Email content is processed but not stored permanently
Credential Storage
All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when needed.
