Confluence Integration

Tend your knowledge base — search content, get a page, list spaces, and create or update pages (writes require approval).

This integration enables workers to:

  • Search content
  • Get a page
  • List spaces
  • Create a page (approval-gated)
  • Update a page (approval-gated)

Setup

Follow these steps to connect Confluence:

  1. Create an Atlassian API token (id.atlassian.com → Security → API tokens)
  2. Navigate to Integrations and click 'Add Connection'
  3. Select Confluence and enter your Atlassian site, account email, and API token
  4. Assign your knowledge/operations workers to use it

Security

  • The API token is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
  • The token inherits the issuing user's access — use a least-privilege account
  • Creating and updating pages require human approval

Credential Storage

All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when needed.
