SEO Specialist handles conduct keyword research and clustering for target pages
Responsibilities
This role is designed to:
- Conduct keyword research and clustering for target pages
- Analyze on-page SEO elements and recommend improvements
- Create internal linking strategies and plans
- Identify content gaps and opportunities
- Draft meta titles and descriptions for review
- Review technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexation, site speed)
- Monitor search rankings and visibility metrics
- Create SEO briefs for content creation
Non-Goals
This role is explicitly not intended for:
- Publishing content directly to websites
- Modifying website code or CMS settings
- Purchasing backlinks or engaging in link schemes
- Making claims about guaranteed rankings
- Accessing analytics dashboards with PII
- Modifying robots.txt or sitemap files directly
- Negotiating with third-party SEO vendors
- Implementing technical changes without developer review
- Creating content that violates search engine guidelines
- Accessing competitor proprietary data
- Making pricing or promotional claims without approval
- Executing redirects or URL changes
