How Blueprint Generation Works

  2. AI Planning: The Planner AI analyzes your objective and available workers
  3. Structure Creation: AI generates phases, steps, and worker assignments
  4. Review & Edit: Review the proposed blueprint and make adjustments
  5. Approval: Approve the blueprint to create a project run

Blueprint Components

Phases

Phases represent major milestones in your project. Each phase:

  • Contains one or more steps
  • Has a gate review before the next phase begins
  • Defines success criteria for progression
  • Can run steps in sequence or parallel

Steps

Steps are individual units of work assigned to workers. Each step includes:

  • Clear title and description
  • Assigned worker (based on role capabilities)
  • Definition of done (success criteria)
  • Dependencies on other steps
  • Optional preference for deliverable output

Worker Assignments

Editing Blueprints

Before approval, you can edit the proposed blueprint:

  • Reassign steps to different workers
  • Modify step descriptions and success criteria
  • Add or remove steps within phases
  • Reorder phases or change dependencies
  • Adjust parallel vs. sequential execution

Blueprint Constraints

Blueprints enforce safety and quality constraints:

  • Maximum 10 phases per blueprint
  • Maximum 20 steps per phase
  • Workers can only be assigned to steps matching their role capabilities
  • Autonomy limits respected based on step criticality
