Learn how credits are consumed and how to manage your CreateWorker usage.
What are Credits?
Credits are the currency used for AI operations in CreateWorker. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation that resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Starter: $25.00 credits/month
- Team: $99.00 credits/month
- Business: $299.00 credits/month
Credit Consumption
Credits are consumed when workers perform AI operations:
Generating proposals1-5 credits (varies by complexity)
Knowledge base queries0.5-2 credits
Action execution1 credit per action
Variable Consumption
Credit consumption depends on the complexity of the task, the length of context, and the number of knowledge base documents referenced.
Monitoring Usage
You can monitor your credit usage from the Billing page in your organization settings:
- Current credit balance
- Usage breakdown by worker
- Usage trends over time
- Projected usage for the billing cycle
Overage
When your included credits are exhausted, you have two options:
- Enable wallet overage: Continue using CreateWorker and pay for additional credits at the end of the billing cycle
- Wait for reset: Your credits reset at the beginning of the next billing cycle
Spend Caps
You can set monthly spend caps to prevent unexpected overage charges. When your cap is reached, workers will stop processing new tasks until the next billing cycle or until you increase the cap.
Auto Top-up
Enable auto top-up to automatically add credits to your wallet when your balance falls below a threshold. This ensures uninterrupted worker operation.
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Enable Auto Top-up
- Set your threshold and top-up amount
- Confirm payment method
