AI Usage & Human Oversight Policy

Last updated: 5th of January 2026

This AI Usage & Human Oversight Policy ("Policy") explains how artificial intelligence features are designed to operate within the CreateWorker platform and sets out the responsibilities of Organizations and Users when using AI Workers.

This Policy forms part of the CreateWorker Terms of Service and applies to all use of AI functionality within the Service.

1. Purpose and Scope

CreateWorker provides AI-powered tools to assist Organizations with operational workflows. The purpose of this Policy is to:

  • Clarify the role and limitations of AI within the Service
  • Define required human oversight and control
  • Allocate responsibility for AI-generated outputs and actions
  • Prevent misuse, over-reliance, or unsafe automation

This Policy applies to all AI Workers, Tasks, Proposals, and Executions within the Service.

2. Nature of AI within CreateWorker

2.1 AI as an Assistive System

AI Workers are designed to assist, not replace, human decision-making. AI functionality within CreateWorker:

  • Generates Proposals in response to Tasks
  • Operates based on probabilistic models and pattern recognition
  • Does not possess intent, judgment, or understanding
  • Does not make independent decisions unless explicitly configured by the Organization

2.2 No Professional or Regulated Advice

AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, employment, or other regulated advice. Organizations must not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for professional judgment or compliance review.

3. Human Oversight and Approval

3.1 Default Approval Model

By default, AI Workers operate in a proposal-only or approval-required mode. This means:

  • AI outputs must be reviewed by an authorized User
  • No action is taken without explicit approval
  • Approved actions are logged and attributable

3.2 Configured Autonomy

Organizations may configure AI Workers to perform limited automated executions.

When doing so, the Organization acknowledges and accepts that:

  • Automation increases operational and legal risk
  • Responsibility for outcomes remains entirely with the Organization
  • CreateWorker does not assess the suitability of automation for any use case

Organizations are responsible for implementing appropriate internal controls, review processes, and safeguards.

4. Responsibility for AI Outputs and Actions

Organizations and Users remain fully responsible for:

  • All Tasks submitted to AI Workers
  • All Proposals generated by AI Workers
  • All approvals, rejections, and executions
  • All outcomes resulting from use of the Service

CreateWorker does not validate, verify, or guarantee the correctness, legality, or appropriateness of AI outputs.

5. Prohibited and High-Risk Uses

AI Workers must not be used for:

  • Making legally binding decisions without human review
  • Employment decisions that require individualized assessment without oversight
  • Automated actions that violate applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Safety-critical, life-critical, or high-risk environments
  • Impersonation, deception, or misrepresentation

CreateWorker may restrict or suspend AI functionality if misuse is detected or required by law.

6. Transparency and Auditability

CreateWorker is designed to support accountability and review. The Service provides:

  • Audit logs of Tasks, Proposals, approvals, and Executions
  • Attribution of actions to Users or automated configurations
  • Visibility into AI-generated content and decisions

Organizations are responsible for reviewing audit logs and maintaining records as required by law or internal policy.

7. Data Usage and AI Models

7.1 Data Handling

AI Workers process Customer Data only to perform Tasks and generate Proposals within the Service.

Customer Data is not used to train proprietary AI models unless expressly agreed in writing.

7.2 Third-Party AI Providers

AI functionality may rely on third-party AI providers. Model behavior, availability, and outputs are subject to the limitations of those providers.

CreateWorker does not control or guarantee model outputs.

8. User Obligations

Users must:

  • Exercise appropriate professional judgment when reviewing AI outputs
  • Not represent AI-generated content as independently verified
  • Ensure AI outputs are suitable before approval or execution
  • Follow internal organizational policies and applicable laws

Organizations are responsible for training Users on proper use of AI Workers.

9. Monitoring and Enforcement

CreateWorker may implement reasonable safeguards to prevent misuse of AI functionality, including rate limits, permission controls, or feature restrictions.

CreateWorker does not continuously monitor AI outputs for compliance but may take action if misuse is identified or reported.

10. Changes to This Policy

CreateWorker may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of AI functionality after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
