Autonomy levels determine how much independence a worker has when executing tasks. This allows you to balance efficiency with oversight.

Worker creates proposals but never executes

All actions require explicit human approval

Worker proposes actions and waits for approval

Human reviews and approves or rejects

Best for: Standard operations, balanced oversight

Worker can execute within defined safety rules

Still respects tool restrictions and safety limits

Best for: Trusted workers, routine tasks, high-volume operations
